The Doc-U-Note Letter Writing Program takes this feature from the popular Doc-U-Scrip Prescription Writing Program and is loaded with a host of addtional enhancements. Writing crisp, professional appearing letters to your patients is now a snap! Hundreds of prepared texts are on file for you to use, or you are free to create a limitless number of your own custom texts. The program leads you through a "Letter Loop" where you logically build a concise, specific, and detailed letter with just a few quick strokes of the stylus. The program prints via a wireless infrared connection to your printer. It will also print over your network connection or using wireless Bluetooth technology. (You will need an IRDA, Bluetooth, or network enabled printer.) You can use your own preprinted letterhead, or the program will create letterhead for you, using your personal practice information. Doc-U-Note will generate letters up to two pages in length, and automatically creates two (2) copies of each letter, with one annotated for filing in the chart. Choose to build a patient database as you work, or simply input the name for each letter on the fly. Save your patient information to the flash card or PCMCIA card of your device.
